regarding libsis-base-java dpkg-buildpackage issue, I think it is related to debian/source/c (/java) content.

Why did youpout those files there?

This is certainly due to the fact I checkout the code from svn, and timestamp/... are different from the ones in source/c

Can't we remove those?

Remains DEP3 and get-orig-source and polishing

Regarding libsis-base-java, I could not build using svn-buildpackage it failed on cp to source/c while it is fine with a debian/rules binary....
