Hi again Aaron,

I'm basically hesitating with uploading since I'm waiting for your final
opinion about the package names.  Perhaps my last mail was to long and I
cutted it down to the naming discussion.  The essence might be to name
the commandline tool package containing mauveAligner and
progressiveMauve simply

   progressivemauve

(since as far as I understood this is the prefered aligner) and than we
can name the Mauve package containung the GUI

   mauvealigner

What do you think?
