one empty line and one "/" too much. Files-Excluded: belongs to the 
header.

commandLine.cpp says:
   cout << "|           (C) 2008 Reedik Magi & Andrew P Morris         |" << endl;
   cout << "|               GNU General Public License, v2             |" << endl;
This needs to be clarified with upstream.
