I tried to upgrade the packagin in SVN to the latest upstream. It seems
upstream has adapted CMakeLists.txt to all changes I'd consider relevant
(please check this!). The only remaining part of
debian/patches/install-plugin-sdk is

which seems a bit strange to me. If this change is really needed please
document its purpose as DEP3 "Descrition:" field to let other people
understand.
Please test and confirm whether the packaging is OK this way and I'll
upload. The freeze is on 2014-11-05 *BUT* the package needs to be free
of any bugs and uploaded (at least) ten days earlier. I'd not recommend
to stretch this deadline to the last possible day.
