Hi Andreas,

I have got the sources of vxl and the content of the Debian directory 
(on SVN)
to apply patches. I've tried to reproduce the previous CMake issue but I've
not succeed. Maybe are you using a different version of CMake ? I'm using
cmake 2.8.12.1.
