IIRC, this is a symptom of the file > generation failing. According to the log, the file is generated, and before uploading I built it successfully for i386 and amd64 in a cowbuilder environment. Well, next try with 4.6. I've already committed some changes - test build on i386 at 65%. I also tried to enable system double-conversion but it's missing some *.cmake files that ITK uses to search for it. I also was wondering: there are quite some transitions up ahead - vtk6, dcmtk4, hdt5-8, are they all supposed to be done at the time of the freeze? Which brings me to #756015: #660547 is closed for some time now, did you ever try to build with system hdf5? best, Gert
