If you wanted to step hin here I'm sorry you are late - the fix is
uploaded. ;-) 

I also noticed that there is an additional name space conflict with
the package mira-assembler and

    /usr/bin/fastaselect

I solved this in an identical manner and moved this to

    /usr/lib/dnaclust/fastaselect

and patched the scripts accordingly.

It would be great if somebody could provide some test data we could
add as a test suite.
