Hello everybody,
I am going ahead with BEDTools, and will ignore potentially missing
source for the artwork in the documentation.
I am also merging with the new upstream repository on GitHub. I am at the
middle of it, but will not finish today. After this, the debian work will be
on the branch "debian/unstable", and the master branch will be the upstream
one. However, the debian/unstable branch will be the default head, and
git-buildpackage will be configured accordingly.
Cheers,

Charles
