Hi,

just for info, I took the ownership of:

Bug 451193 ITP: vienna-rna -- RNA sequence analysis

I gonna try to package latest version. Code in svn relates to old versions, new code provide library and I hope less issues....

I have started the work but it is not yet updated in svn. I will update svn once I get something working and possibly push to experimental.
