Hi Sebastien,

thanks for your preparation.  I did some minor change in debian/watch to
properly deal with the +dfsg suffix and uploaded to experimental.
Please do not misunderstand this:  The package is definitely not more
"experimental" than the other versions.  However, we are now in freeze
time.  If it might happen, that orthanc in testing will show a RC bug we
need to be able to fix it in the version currently in testing.  To
enable a smooth migration without trying to override a newer upstream
version we simply leave the unstable -> testing queue free from new
versions ... at least for some time.
