Hi Andreas, Laszlo, and everybody,

I personally think that the combination of quilt and Git is more a burden than
an advantage.  In some of my packages, I just apply the patches and upload
using the 3.0 (native) format.  For information of the other developers, I
place a static copy in debian/patches.

Altogether, I think that the patch workflow is too heterogeneous to be
standardised yet.  But this said, many other aspects such as branch names can
be standardised.  (Actually, we are already following the main stream for
this).
