Dear Florent,
we only mark 'unstable' the changelogs of the packages that have been uploaded
and not yet modified in the VCS.

I reviewed your package, and will upload it shortly after updating the
format of its copyright file.
Note that since you are upstream author, you can also arrange the production of
the manual pages within the Perl build system itself.
