Hello, Steffen Möller suggested I introduce myself. I'm a software developer / system administrator working in the Wold Lab at the California Institute of Technology. The lab's focus is on genome scale transcription regulation. My current main job duties are dealing with tracking and submitting the high-throughput sequence. My background is in CS and not biology, most of my coding experience is in python, although I can code in C++ and C. I first started using Debian a bit before 1998. I have been using Ubuntu for the past few years. (Though I am bothered by their decision to monitize their users though in-OS advertisements). Diane
