I'm *way* *more* worried about #685351 which could lead to remove gnumed
completely and it is on my todo list for the weekend. Lets concentrate
onto this first.

For #687702 you might like to ask debian-release@lists.debian.org about
their opinion but I doubt that they will consider an inclusion into
stable release if there are no bugs fixed which are considered "RC".
