Currently you should help ftpmaster migrating from postgresql 9.0 to 9.1
because this migration is somehow blocking the NEW queue. The migration
should be done today so you probably need to hurry up to join ftpmaster.
In other words: No, things are progressing. Package is ready for (second)
upload to new (first one had a minor licensing issue which was solved).
