I could compile with several hacks, but don't know if it works....
The issue is some public methods are not public anymore and cannot be
called.
I also had to rename a file to avoid conflicts.
 To do you want I commit the files in git repo so that you (?) can test
it or I can send the modifications if you want to.

I am not really confident on snappy load....
