It is rather a so called "virtual package" which is "created" via a

entry in any of those flavours. As long as we only have one flavour we
could probably go without this. We always need to keep in mind: Before
we have even different flavours inside Debian we need some people who
are volunteering to do the work for this. This might become more easy
once whe have the OSEHRA flavour but anyway it will be work. I think
Debian Med has made a really big step once one flavour of VistA is
integrated and we should fully concentrate onto this. Everything else
will come later.
