Objet: Trouble connecting to SVN

I'm having trouble getting updates from svn.debian.org.

trying to debug it, I replaced -q with -v in the file

to become:

         ssh = $SVN_SSH ssh -v -o ControlMaster=no

then, the command:

                          svn update

returns for me:

OpenSSH_5.3p1 Debian-3ubuntu7, OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009
debug1: Reading configuration data /home/ibanez/.ssh/config

debug1: Connecting to svn.debian.org [] port 22.
debug1: connect to address port 22: No route to host
ssh: connect to host svn.debian.org port 22: No route to host
svn: Network connection closed unexpectedly

the command:

                                     svn info
