it should be:

svn checkout svn+ssh://christophgil-guest@svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk

or

ssh christophgil-guest@svn.debian.org  or at alioth.debian.org

with your ssh key loaded (ssh-add). Of course, your ssh public key should have been set previously in your alioth profile.
