Is it still http://debian-med.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/qareport.cgi ?
I do not see gbrowse, or chado ...
gbrowse should appear in newer upstream
Maybe a hint, in svn, those are under a main directory gmod:
gmod/chado
         /gbrowse
          /....

though ncbi-blast+ is here in current status (new bugs)
