FYI. Another GPL2 PACS related software.

Looks like a bunch of jar files.

It seems to me that this is some sort of PACS or PACS intergration engine. 
Seems it is not a viewer like Ginkgo. I suppose Ginkgo could talk to Dicoogle 
(being the PACS). However Dicoogle itself seems to build on top of some 
dcm4che stuff.

Maybe it is more along the lines of

Will be interesting to figure this out since a combination of Ginkgo, dcm4che 
and maybe Dicoogle could make the Debian OS an nice platform for image storage 
and viewing.
