I had a look at your package and I think you did a fine job. The only
issue I found is a binary without source
usr/share/biomaj/lib/commons-cli-2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
This is in so far problematic that binaries without source are not accepted
by ftpmaster. I have no idea about the versions of this library but have
seen that Debian has
libcommons-cli-java: /usr/share/java/commons-cli-1.2.jar
If this does not work with BioMaj we should probably try means to get it
packaged because it would be a real shame if BioMaj would not be in main
Debian just because of this.
