Files /usr/share/dcmtk/*.dic are in package
libdcmtk2_3.6.0-1_amd64.deb and
dcmtk_3.6.0-1_amd64.deb
--> does not install.
I would have fixed this but I have no idea in which package these files
reasonably belong to.
