Re: Packaging mothur for Debian



Hi Pat,

I rechecked the Wiki using Google site search and there is actually a
hint at http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Set.logfile which is helpfull in so
far that it trained me reading the output to stdout of mothur which
clearly specifies GPL. :-)

So many thanks for clarifying this issue!

I'll upload the current version to the Debian mirrors which will take
some time for a new program (especially these days short before the
release of Debian 6.0).  Once you might have issued a new version this
will proceed more quickly and will target to the next Debian release.
