Sorry, that's not your fault.  I just added the Vcs fields to the entry
in the tasks file which will raise the package in the status to the
proper section (after the next cron job this night).

The code which is rendering the web page does not (yet) know about
the Vcs automatically and I missed to add it in the tasks file.

For the actual packaging:  I'm afraid I might be not up to date with the
status of packaging.  I think I had recommended in having a look in the
OpenMRS packaging which is also using tomcat.  Just announce here if
your packaging is in a state where you want a sponsor having a look at
it.
