Status of libjpeg7

Hi Bill,

  What are the transition plan for libjpeg7 ? There are -at least- two
packages that I know of which link to libjpeg62: VTK & ITK ? Should we
update the package control file ? Or is there something else being
prepared (like a libjpeg-default package).
