Steffen, the packaging was once at 

  svn://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk/packages/R/r-other-mott-happy/trunk/

but removed from there and I also can not find the package in package
pool using `apt-cache search`.  But somehow there must be such a package
which is maintained by Debian Med Packaging Team.  Could you please keep
us informed what happened with this package?
