Seqan copyright concerns?
Dear Soeren,
I see that you have spotted an ‘All rights reserved’ keyword in the sources of
Seqan (ITP: #487361).

Did you have an opportunity to ask Upstream to clarify the situation? With
Seqan in Debian, we could then start to package Bowtie.
