Yes for DBREF, no for the other (that's the compromise :)). This is the
latest version:

I found all of the mentioned fields in PDB files at the beginning. So
I've chosen to search for these fields at the beginning too, but not for
all possible fields.

There is a related entry in the fd.o bug-tracker.
