Probably I got it: it seems nothing more than a hack to me, but should work
(testing it right now):
in update-tasks:
node.CDD.raw = '<?php $CDD="%s"' % PRINTEDNAME[CDD]
and, in tasks.tmpl, using something like:
sprintf(_("Foo %s."), $CDD);
That *should* work -- I'm testing it right now.
