Hi all, after a week of hard odontology studies, I can surf a bit and... wtf, the website is broken! :( So I immediately ssh'ed to alioth. Here's what I got: hanska-guest@alioth:~/debian-med$ ls -lahR htdocs/ total 20K drwxrwsr-x 5 scm-gforge debian-med 4.0K Oct 12 12:39 . drwxrwsr-x 7 scm-gforge debian-med 4.0K Oct 6 16:02 .. drwxr-sr-x 2 naoliv debian-med 4.0K Oct 8 05:04 img drwxr-sr-x 3 naoliv debian-med 4.0K Oct 8 05:04 inc drwxr-sr-x 6 naoliv debian-med 4.0K Oct 8 05:04 locale ... Here's what happened: when Nelson committed the pt_* translations, he modified the permissions of the whole website. It has not been a "conscious" action, but a consequence of the post-commit hook. This is the consequence of what I told you some mail before: please, set your umask to 0002 in your ~/.bashrc on alioth. This will ensure that anyone can update the website on commit. Nelson, I've fixed this by asking alioth admins. For future reference, please fix this giving: $ chmod -R g+w htdocs/ $ scripts/update-website /svn/debian-med 678 (678 is the last revision regarding the website). Please consider this a major bug, I'll look (and google, and surf, and *) to solve this problem. I really don't think that anyone _MUST_ set their umask on alioth, but at the moment this is the _ONLY_ solution. Thank you all, David -- . ''`.
