Nope, they don't have.
I've just tried connecting to shell.sourceforge.net, and it's a CentOS. It seems
like they disabled the compile-farm service, as I can't find any reference to it
into sf.net (while google gives me some results...)
Anyway, I think you don't necessarily need debian tools installed. If you want
to release for AMD64, shouldn't you just fix the code to render it compilable on
that arch? Or should you compile a .deb as well?
