Shortened the description of a doc package.



Dear all,

I deleded a big part of the description of a package, so I just in case
you wonder, here is the explanation: it has been said some time ago that
highly similar package descriptions should be avoided because it
confuses the searches.

By the way, I also removed the [Biology] tag in the short description,
because I think that for Lenny we will have a proper support of debtags.
