Nelson, you unfortunately have a typo in your description :( Anyway, it
may be better to not distinguish DNA and RNA as the RNA sequences are
obtained from cDNA and therefore traditionally stored with T instead of
U in the databases... (which makes the small description true in theory
and the long one true in practice.)

By the way, is sim4 dead upstream ?
