Instructions for the SVN repository on the wiki.

Hi all,

Steffen is currently improving the http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMed page
by adding thinks such as instructions for the svn users. This reminded
me that I already wrote something similar in the past:

I have the document in a docbook source, but this may be overkill. I can
simply paste it in the wiki and fix the formatting, if you agree with
the contents...
