Unofficial Gromacs package
I've noticed there are i386 Debian packages for Gromacs (and other
tools!) at the http://magnet.ofb.net/debian/ repository, most likely
created by Nicholas Breen <nbreen-magnet at ofb.net>. They seems to get
installed properly.
It would be fine to update the Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics
list of packages (http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/microbio).
