Well, for this specific issue you might want to contact the Dutch
translation team. Their mailing list is available under
<debian-l10n-dutch@lists.debian.org>.

As you can see under <http://www.debian.org/devel/website/stats/nl.html>,
most of the Debian-Med pages are not yet translated into Dutch, so your
offer surely is appreciated.
I think it's very reasonable to update the webpages before translating.
