I recently added MeSH browsing on my http://umlisp.b9.com web site.
To run that web site, I use a large number of packages that I wrote
and have uploaded to Debian. They include cl-umlisp, cl-hyperobject,
cl-kmrcl, cl-modlisp, cl-puri, cl-base64, cl-lml2, and cl-pubmed.
I've considered also uploading a Debian package of words from the
UMLS, but I haven't quite decided on the format: simple words or
phrases, with or without definitions, separated by semantic type or
lumped together.
