Help to held a talk instead of mine!

Hello,

my talk about Debian-Med was accepted for the EHealthOS conference:

Unfortunately I did not found a sponsor for paying my travel costs.  I'm
willing to spend a lot of my spare time for Free Software movement but
I'm not able to spend also my own money for this.  I hope that people in
general will learn that Free Software is not like free beer and that they
will have to support Free Software developers if they want some Free
Software to solve their problems.  At my talk at Linuxtag Chemnitz

I faced the same problem that people just think that Free Software would
solve their problems with no costs and they were not able to believe.  And
I told them that I do not believe as well because they have to learn to
spend money in development of Free Software to gain profit from this
movement.

So far to the unhappy part.  But how to solve this problem for the
moment?

I wonder if there is anybody in the Washington area who might be able
to held the talk instead of mine.  I would provide the necessary material
to enable the "replacement speaker" to give a reasonable talk and
especially teach people about the problem above.
