A few Math-Team specific things that aren't reflected in the New Maintainer's Guide:

* It is encouraged to use Salsa (Debian's instance of Gitlab) for version control of the packaging under the Math Team organization.  You can request to join at https://salsa.debian.org/math-team.

* The "Maintainer" field in debian/control should be "Debian Math Team <team+math@tracker.debian.org>".  Your own information should go under "Uploaders".

* Otherwise, we follow the Debian Science Team policy (https://science-team.pages.debian.net/policy/).
