bullseye-security arm64 buildds seem to be broken

Building linux-6.1 in the bullseye-security suite for arm64 has been
attempted and failed on 4 different buildds today, with the messages:

E: /srv/chroot/bullseye_arm64.tar.gz: Failed to stat file: No such file or directory
E: session:: Chroot not found
chroot:bullseye-security-arm64-sbuild chroot does not exist
E: Error creating chroot session: skipping linux-6.1
