Report for my LTS work in December 2023

here is my public monthly report, the first after some time! :)

In December 2023 I worked on:

src:debian-security-support:
	upload debian-security-support (1:13+2023.12.11) to unstable
	make sure the various releases branches are in sync.
	update #1054189: bullseye-pu: package debian-security-support/1:11+2023.12.11 to document EOL for tor, consul & xen in bullseye
	prepare buster branch 
	upload debian-security-support (1:13+2023.12.13) to buster-security.
	prepare DLA-3685-1 and sent it out.
	push DLA-3685 to www.d.o
	upload debian-security-support 1:11+2023.12.11 to bullseye / see #1054189 against release.debian.org
	resolve all issues mentioned in https://salsa.debian.org/lts-team/lts-updates-tasks/-/issues/86
	deal with #1057315 for buster/bullseye/bookworm/unstable in git: src:tiles added to security-support-limited.(13|12|11|10)
	upload debian-security-support_13+2023.12.23 to unstable
	cleanup old git branches
