Semi-automatic unclaim after two weeks of inactivity

Hi,

Today two packages were "unclaimed" for LTS, and three for ELTS;

-exiv2 (Thorsten Alteholz)
-salt (Markus Koschany)

-ntfs-3g (Utkarsh)
-exiv2 (Thorsten Alteholz)
-ckeditor (Utkarsh)

In addition, no one has claimed 4 or more packages.

There appears to be just a single DLA which is reserved but not yet 
published, the same DLA from recent weeks;

DLA 2785-1 (12 Oct 2021) (linux-4.19)
