Re: New list: lts-do-call-me

I do not think we should drop the lts-do-no-call. It is useful to have to know which ones to not contact.

The lte-do-call is also useful since there are some maintainers that really want to maintain also the oldstable branches without us interfering.

The ones not mentioned in any of them should usually be contacted but sometimes we are in a rush or the fix is trivial so it is not worth the effort. I guess that should be up to front desk to decide. We also have the situation where we add it to dla-needed and someone happen to fix it before the maintainer have been contacted. That have happended a few times when I have been front desk simply because I had to stop working due to interruption in the middle of the work.

to clarify what front-desk needs to do / not to do?

I'm not sure what the workflow is (notify maintainer and add to
dla-needed.txt stating so? not add to dla-needed until maintainer acked?
also how to detect when a package maintainer changed and hence
lts-do-call-me needs to be updated / new maintainer asked for their
preference?).

Last, do we drop 'lts-do-no-call'?
