I usually search them on https://snapshot.debian.org/:

https://snapshot.debian.org/package/jruby/1.5.6-5%2Bdeb7u2/

In order to make it easier for the future, I usually open merge requests
on Salsa, appending to (or if it doesn't exist: creating) the
debian/jessie (or: jessie) branch so that the LTS uploads can be found
in the packaging Git repo in furture.
