LTS report for May

Hi,

Last month I spent 24h plus 9.75h that I carried over from April on LTS, working on:

- CVE triaging
- xen investigation
- ocaml review / testing
- phpmyadmin (investigated PHP behaviour on wheezy/jessie, attempted to
reproduce the vulnerability)
- quassel update
- tzdata & libdatetime-timezone-perl
- firefox-esr update
- wget testing and sponsorship
- more xen investigation for newer XSAs, coordinating the update
- security-tracker extends support
- libmad update
- thunderbird update
- firefox-esr 60 for jessie (cmake, llvm, rustc)
