I have now prepared a preliminary package.

I had to manually backport all the patches in the security tracker.

I have not yet regression tested the package. I will do so shortly.
I have also not yet tried to reproduce the problems, but they should be solved.
If I do not hear any objections (and my tests turn out to work out fine) I will upload this correction in four days.
