I think I might be having a dejavu. :)The fixes were recently uploaded to unstable, it still needs volunteers for taking them to stable and/or oldstable. The patches in unstable might probably apply cleanly.
The kde4libs patch in unstable drops the test that the upstream change for karchive includes because maintaining a binary file as part of a patch is bit of a hassle. But it could be added as an additional test to be run at the dh_auto_test time.
