I'm not saying you should use sbuild, but this seems to work on a jessie
system:
sudo sbuild-createchroot squeeze sbuild-amd64-squeeze http://ftp.debian.org/debian
It does not really do anything sbuild-specific, but it does integrate it
with schroot. In any case, you can probably use the resulting chroot
for other stuff.
