Let's stay with real use cases. We're not building Debian for imaginary 
people or imaginary open source binaries.

The LSB package is up for adoption, really. I have been the only active 
maintainer since March 2012, and noone volunteered when I asked for help 
in July 2015. I am not going to revert this change.

That said, I am not going to stand in the way of whoever willing to, see 
https://lists.debian.org/<3225571.6GitE4oTeC@odyx.org> for the latest 
update.
